Lifting table does not lift

Over low power

Check starting electrical potential when motor runs with load, voltage liquid level range should be ±10%.

Motor does not work

Check motor and circuit

Motor anti-rotate

Exchange 2 wires positions of the 3 phases

Default phase (motor no moving with abuzz)

Check breaker and connection line of motor.

Drop valve open

When drop button is free, find out if there is power in drop valve. If no power, check circuit then; if there is power, remove the failure. The slide valve of the drop valve must keep clean and smart movable.

Overflow valve low pressure

Adjust the overflow valve, note: please adjust it under 100% loading.

Oil level over low

Fill in oil to full.

Oil sucker of the fliter block

Clean the filter

Oil sucking section leak gas

Check oil sucking pipe and the tie-in, screw down the tie-in. Change the tie-in if necessary

Indicate light is on, press up button, motor runs but platform does’t move

Check the contact of 3 phase power source, exchange the power connection, the motor anti-move, then exchange the power source is ok.

Lifting table drop with no operation

Unilateralism valve drainage

Check the unilateralism valve in group valves, if there is dirty on the seal cover, then clean the unilateralism valve.

Drop valve does not seal well

Check if there is power in the drop valve, if there is power it is to say the valve is good. The slide valve of drop valve must keep clean and smart movable.

Cylinder inner leak

Exchange cylinder seal parts

Lifting table does not drop

Drop valve does not work

Check out if there is power when pressing the button of drop. If there is no power, remove the failure, if there is power, remove the valve itself failure or change the drop valve. Drop valve should be clean and lube.

Drop speed conrtrol valve out of control

Adjust the drop speed control valve.
